Today has been kind of a total loss. It started raining in the middle of the night and has kept on raining all day till about three and looks like it could start again any minute. I finally figured out the photo thing for the blog so I have been updating stuff with photos all the way back into January. I am still at the Jones Fruit Dock and will remain here for a few more days.
Today I took time to read about the trip log on the chartplotter and I looked at the settings and am still not sure why it dosen't show the mileage correctly but will go over it again. As near as I can tell manually I have gone approximately 410 miles since I left Crystal River and probably a few more than that counting marker hunting at first and stuff such as that. If I figure out how it works it will make it easier on me. I now have 60 hours on the engine and if I averaged 7 kts that would make it about right. Oh,Oh, it just started thundering so I probably better get off of here soon.
I just went out and ran the motor for a few minutes to let it know we are still in business and I haven't forgotten it is back there.
I still have more things to catch up on I just have to prioritize better. I know everyone wanted to see a few of the photos so I hope this helps. There will be more to come I just cant say how regular they will be.
