Marilee and I are still stocking and arranging the stuff on the boat. Fitting them here and then moving them so as to set up different areas with different items like cooking, boat needs, etc.
Today we made a run to Walmart in Inverness to pick up a ice box and a few other things crept in.
We also purchased a little Honda Generator EU 2000 to run and charge batteries and operate a small microwave oven. Microwave oven!!!!!! Well now you Know who can't cook.
this is to save my life when Marilee goes home on Sunday only to rejoin me in the Chesapeake Bay section of the trip. Since the little generator put out carbon monoxide fumes we purchased an alarm for when the cockpit area where it runs is not well ventilated or there is now wind. I don't expect the generator to get a lot of use as the 200 HP Honda on the stern of Shorty has a large enough alternator to carry the load of instruments, radio, refrigerator, etc.
